Terms of payment

Accounts
If you do not have an account but would like to open one please request an application form.
Account Holders
All Journeys are invoiced at the end of the calendar month for all trips during that month. Payment is appreciated within 10 days of invoice date. If your account is by credit card we can apply to a pre-arranged credit card and full receipts will be sent for payment.
Non Account Holders
Payment is accepted by cash or by any major credit card. If paying by credit card please advise controller when making booking.

Meet & Greet and Cancellation Policy

Meet and Greet
15 minutes wait time after Car park entrance ­ No Charge
After 15 minutes £1.75 per 5 minutes (excl. VAT)
Car parking ­ Charged at cost
Total meet and greet charge is usually £8.50 (excluding Vat) or less depending on the following. We monitor the flights for an actual (not scheduled) ETA and make every attempt to reduce waiting charges to a minimum by arriving airport at a suitable time. When monitoring ETA times these are provided live to us by BAA, and can change frequently especially if the plane is holding to land. We arrive at airport at a suitable time based on latest information provided by BAA, but this is not always accurate and is out of our control. Even after the plane has landed immigration and luggage collection times can vary greatly extending the wait time and car park further. At major airports we will always greet our clients inside the terminal, at the exit hall with a name-board.

Cancellations
As we are not a Taxi Service but Private Hire, we dedicate a vehicle and a driver specifically to clients and their transfer. Whatever time the booking is for, we guarantee to be there. For this period we take no other bookings and therefore have to implement a cancellation policy as follows:
1) If, after we leave base, (Except airports see note 3 & 4) and at anytime thereafter and told the transfer is cancelled, cancellation charge is 100% cost of total booked journey.
2) If notice is more than 2 hours ahead of a cancellation for a pick up at destination, there is no charge. If cancellation is less than 2 hours ahead (unless we have left base) there is a 50% cost of total booked journey charge (except airports)
3) Airports: Late Flight changes made by airline (e.g. Flight is cancelled or late) No cancellation charge applies providing booking is made with us for the subsequent flight.
4) If client changes flight schedule and notifies us at least 2 hours prior there is no charge. If changes to schedule are made without notifying us and we leave base for original booking, cancellation charge is 100% of journey. If we arrive airport for original booking, parking and wait time is charged in addition to journey time.
